Whole set FFT PIV processing fixes #358

Added a wake lock when processing whole frames (keeping the phone awake so the processing thread doesn't stop)
Created new OpenCV matrix for PIV window float conversion
Removed PivFunctions finalize method (frames are already garbage collected before finalized is called)
