Is this an envelope flag?

I'm not seeing it in ittech.txt (which is what I based this on) but that ends at bit 2 (susloop on/off) for envelope flags.

yeah it's a terribly documented envelope flag. it came late in some late release of IT 2.14. http://wiki.openmpt.org/Development:_Test_Cases/IT#CarryNNA.it

The IT format in general is a bit lacking in docs. That should be pretty easy to deal with though.
