Web interface scorer not working? #8

Hi, I've just wanted to try to score compounds using your NaPLeS web interface, but neither the upload file nor the parse smiles string inputs are working (infinite loading...).

Could you try to look into this?

Hi, can you give me the SMILES you tried? I just tried with "CN1C=NC2=C1C(=O)N(C)C(=O)N2C" and worked for me. With your SMILES string I'll be able to check if there is any specific problem in the system.

Thanks, Maria. Now, it seems to be working.

I'm not sure whether I hadn't clogged it before with 1000 molecules file which timed-out.
