Need tutorial on how I can use this database
i have done preprocessing of LC-Ms data using mzmine 3
i need to add library for structural match
i have tried mona, gnps library
most of desired molecules (diterpenoid alkaloids ) are found in coconut database
however this database has files in .bson format and if i am not wrong mzmie does not support this
suggest me what should i do or if i am on wrong path
