Bug Description:
I was on VATSIM and my initial climb was 7000 feet using VNAV Climb not FLCH, ATC instructed me to climb to FL200 (20,000 feet). I entered the MCP ALT to 20000 feet. When I reached 7000 feet, VNAV held the altitude to 7000 not continuing to 20000 feet. When this happened, I tried to push the mcp alt knob (ALT INTV) but nothing happened. My FMA flickers on (SPD and THR REF) and (VNAV SPD and VNAV PATH) so I used FLCH to climb to 20,000 feet and continued to cruise
Many remaining issues are likely airframe specific, please provide the livery this bug happens with

The video of the bug was a step climb on FL300 to FL320. This may be related to the bug on what I specify at top and what on the video. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zNx6gkZII93Hc-dSTy0nRV3vipxQvynJ/view?usp=sharing
