No sound when launching the plane

Describe the bug Hello. I have downloaded the plane but when starting it there is no sound at all. I have checked the settings and i have checked that all other airplanes have sound. Any advise? Thanks a lot!

Any solutions? I don't have any sounds in my 747 as well
