Experimental IFR flight plans as @ AI server version 0.8.8.26 can't be started or joined other than from the source airport and before the startup time, meaning they do not survive an AI server or client side restart.

implementation just passed basic testing for the next AI server update. Non AI flight plans can now be joined any time up to the end of EET, and the first waypoint will be the closest at start - this could mean turning around if the closest is behind you, but at least it wont send you all the way back to the source airport.
