Mixing feet and meters #52

Some pattern altitudes seem to be mixing feet and meters. Quick fix wip, then overhaul.

not altitudes - confirmed in sim they are OK, must just be rogue locations.

fixed in AI server version 0.9.1.9 should roll out in the next few days.
