Flight plans and IFR #62

Known issues to be fixed next with flight plans and IFR:

SIDS and STARS not active yet - next on the todo list route text validation incomplete / needs validation feedback commas break parsing - please separate way points with spaces can't resubmit existing plans (can use .fms files, but needs work) Too easy to submit AI vs non AI plans - to make option before proceeding to flight plan page Center frequencies all wrong - best upgrade is probably to base validation on large airports - data currently has many integrity issues Not handling airports that are visual approach only speed restrictions and transition altitudes/levels not used Issue #46 - swipe flightplan to cancel/delete it - but feedback required Issue #55 - needs aircraft registration returning to the aircraft page, and optional aircraft identifier adding to flight plan creator + documentation departure clearance needs reworking and used on "request departure" call

require squawk if not acars

kill ai aircraft when a user spawns on them. dont let ai aircraft spawn on each other
