not resetting standalone mode when switching from standalone to sim #67

Starting a standalone flight then closing and connecting as a simulator flight does not currently reset the standalone state.

This can lead to filed flight plans degrading into AI flight plans when registering a callsign in sim if standalone mode is accidentally activated first.

Fix applied in next android update version 0.9.3.4 and above.
