9 add basic secondary view #25

Adds ability to toggle between Bingo view and GameNavigator view.

Adds bottom tab navigation (Bingo, Games, Activities). Games tab allows the user to delete an archived game & includes a nested "update" screen with space to develop game detail management. Activities tab does not yet include this screen, but is configured to accept additional screens.
