Create new location edit control #210

New control should:

[x] Store mastHeight and depth in local storage
[x] Add advanced link to set this information
[x] Show mastHeight and depth when non-zero
[x] Include mastHeight and depth in returned position data
[x] Calculate altitude as gps altitude - mastHeight - depth
