Change how reason-cards appear for smaller screens / mobile #19

Current way:

document.documentElement.scrollTop + this.windowHeight >
          elll[i].offsetTop + elll[i].offsetHeight - elll[i].clientHeight * 0.45

On small screens the reason-card appears too late if it's large.
