interchromosomal peak calling #13

Hello SNIPER developers,

This not an issue. I am trying to find an interchromosomal HiC peak caller. I was wondering if you could please tell me if SNIPER is able to do it.

Hi Jorge, SNIPER was not intended to call Hi-C peaks.
