[Request]watercolor effect for images on card (after shot) #358

Sony RX100 I and II allowed to apply the awesome "Watercolor" filter not only while shooting, but also to pictures already saved. It was available in the Play-Menu - but for the later models e.g. RX100 III, IV and V this menu entry was removed - so I guess it can be brought back... using OpenMemories . Or is it possible to write a plugin to apply this filter on pics on the card ? Or to get hands on the code that applies the filter ? (to write an own software that applies the filter..) Somebody has some info on that ? And/Or is exactly(!) this filter "Watercolor" available in an app or software for e.g. tablet or PC ? To be able to put this effect on pictures AFTER shooting is so much more useful. And its SO annoying Sony removed this for the most cameras ! (its useful e.g. to apply this filter multiple times on a picture, or to apply a different filter first before watercolor...) I tried dozens of Apps, that provide painterly effects, sadly nothing comes really close to Sony's 'Watercolor' - please help !! (By the way, the other effects like "Illustration" are also quite impressive!)
