Is it possible? I think yes, atleast you can try. There is thread where someone explains why 4k on that camera isnt possible, i dont think so,because using a Sandisk Extreme Pro 64GB U3 card you can get up to 35mb/s write which i think will be enough for comoressed 4k. In other case usb bus can be overclocked maybe? Or atleast recording to external drive via micro usb port which can transfer up to 60mb/s.

Hello, I second this. I would even try to investigate, If I would get some hints howto and what to look for in other cameras firmwares. P.S.: #360 is one more Issue about this.
