Sony RX10 III - checkbox works but limit remains #384

hi. i have Sony RX10 III. I can enable a chcekbox to disable video recording limit which is what I expected. I also can't disable 4k video limit what is pity but also expected.

But my recordings are still limited. What I don't understand is that the recording time is not 30mins but it varies around 23 minutes. Can be any other settings I need to change?

File format is MP4, Recording 1920x1080 50p 28M
