Any ideas about Sony A33 #416

Hello, thanks for the project. I have an old A33 with decent lenses and I was trying to see if I can use it for clean hdmi output for the webcam. Unfortunately, the cleanest output is with a bottom row of info (which potentially can be removed via OBS?) but also a central grid of which atleast one square is visible. Using the pmca-gui, I can connect the camera but can't install app or use tweaks. When I used the console, bk r commands gave an error. Maybe because the address is not right? I used the address which is listed here and it didnt work: https://github.com/ma1co/fwtool.py/blob/master/devices.yml I used the shell to browse the file structure on the camera but couldn't locate the backup file. So not sure if A33 is totally incompatible or I am missing some step. Also, the camera connects only when Mass Storage is selected and is not recognized if I choose PTP option. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

The A33 is a gen1 camera and thus uses an older "backup" format that has not really been reverse engineered yet. This is why no tweaks are currently available for it.
