Also added a hack button for some old NEX camera to have clean HDMI output.

GordianZ I see your v0.12 Pre-release Add "Clean HDMI output" button to app's video page.

But that produces the following error with my NEX6 when using the GUI utility on windows Querying MTP device Sony Corporation NEX-6 is a camera in MTP mode
