Hi, I have a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W320 that I really really need to change the language on from Japanese to English. It doesn't seem like this camera is on the supported camera list and I can't find any other posts about this model. I have tried to use OpenMemories Tweak on a mac and windows computer. I have tried everything but keep getting errors. On the mac, no devices can be found. On windows, I got the tool to recognize that the camera was there when I clicked Start Tweaking, but i kept getting errors. Please help.
