Not being able to install app on A7 III

Hi,

I followed some instructions and read the forum, but I am not successful in installing the tweak on my camera. Any suggestions?

This is what I get on the console:

I've already run Zadig to change the drivers. I can't work out what am I doing wrong. Any suggestions?

I've made some progress. The first mistake was to put the camera in MTP mode. I changed it to USB Mass Storage and I am able to get to service mode. Then I am not sure what I am supposed to do.

Спасибо тебе за помощь надо было с MTP переключить в USB Mass Store и желательно взять кабель с телефона который 100% передает данные, а дальше по инструкции которое на видео: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82A_SxMjtc0 и обязательно файлы которые я прикреплю. @bksathesh I had success on my Sony A7 III running the latest dev version and using the GUI. Follow the linux instructions but on windows. Clone the repo, install all python requirements in requirements.txt and then run python pmca-gui.py. There is now an option to install using service mode in the tweaks menu.
