cleanup user interface (esp. menubar)

• [ ] complete menubar ("Schedule", "Tours", etc.)
• [x] Remove not implemented features (e.g. "Cleanup & Troubleshooting")
• [x] Make "last used files" in the menubar actually work
• [x] equip everything with icons
