Dictionaries should be considered as dual always #33

Dictionaries should be considered dual(as far as the UI)- there should be a 
single English-Bulgarian dictionary present(not English-Bulgarian and 
Bulgarian-English) and the correct concrete dictionary should be selected 
based on the language used by the user for the search.

If we have French-English dictionary how the language used by the user will be
determined? What about Russian-Bulgarian ?

Actually I figured it out. But still find it confusing for the user.

Its not confusing at all. One of the languages is considered the default and 
that is 
that. Manual switching will still be available from menu. We could also add an 
option 
to disabled auto switching is some truly finds it confusing.
