neu is not available after running npm install #2

I had to run npm i -g @neutralinojs/neu to get neu available in my terminal.

Thanks for the interest in the project! I’ll take a look at this when I can and will update the template.

The same thing happened to me today. I'm using a windows 10 machine and i dont know it the bug is there for other operating systems.
