WIP CoNZealand in 2020 #53

Just a long running PR to track the drift between master and CoNZealand.

One major thing that's been changed is the removal of SSL concerns from Nginx. Kansa for our purposes has been spun up with other software to manage SSL.

Code review and feedback is appreciated.

We are no longer running Kansa so I'm going to shut down this PR :).
