parse_iffr_html.py: Update parsing of screenings to the 2022 situaltion. Extend recognizing of related films as to fit the 2022 situation.
planner_interface.py: Update header titles.
web_tools.py: Detect when encoding is not found.
AppDelegate.cs: Switch to 2022.
