Requirements

[x] No data migrations
[x] Add festival id to Film model
[x] Template to select a festival to load data from
[x] Load films
[x] Load ratings
[x] Delete existing data
[x] Display load log when applicable
[x] Only admin users can use the load data template
[x] Accept only festivals that have correct data directories
[x] Provide a possibility to not change the ratings
[x] Add tests
[x] Update documentation
