Explanation

When repeatedly loading films while developing the parser for a new festival, existing films can be no longer in a new load.

If such films are deleted, their ratings are deleted as well (cascaded delete), while possibly the disappeared film is just renamed.

Therefore, such ratings should be saved.

Requirements

[ ] Design a data-structure to keep ratings of disappeared films
[ ] When deleting films, save the corresponding ratings
[ ] Create a basic view to move saved ratings to a new film that replaced the original
[ ] Update documentation
[ ] Add tests
