I have not tested fully yet, but this should address the cmd issue in the script. #12

I like it. That is actually the direction I've been leaning since I last worked on this for running processes elevated by chocolatey as well. Does the "Start-Process" inside Chocolatey's StartProcessAsAdmin do anything weird with the command output?
