Bump JDK dependency to Corretto 11 #44

JetBrains intends to move off Java 8 as a supported environment "soon".

This PR bumps the dependency here to Corretto 11, which should retain a high amount of compatibility.

Any guidance on when you might ship a release to chocolatey.org ?

Should be on there already - https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/TeamCityAgent/6.0.0 (awaiting moderation)

Pushed a fix, seems the icon went missing and was holding it up
