Easy multiple selection of rooms #274

Would it be possible to make a check box or selection option, to own multiple rooms at one time, rather than just clicking and owning one at a time? I only ask, as recently I was given some rooms and the process while exciting, was also a tad time consuming. I am just used to working fast paced, I suppose.

This would be very helpful in the future for deputies to have, if they decide to completely transfer ownership over to one deputy in particular. I also had to unown each room individually so that she could own them. Some check boxes would be amazing. This isn't something I ever thought would be a problem, but @Kohlvin brings up a solid point, especially if deputies moving forward want to be more collaborative.
