You have to press Dump to Hardware to save your changes to the device
Dear, I'm really poor, sorry. Now the x-touch reacts with all the knobs and buttons ... but to configure it? the game does not see the peripheral and does not appear to match keyboard keys. Thank you for your courtesy and patience
It does not work with controls or keys, it wors with Simvars and Events via SimConnect
In the configuration folder are samples for aircraft specific configs and a master config "config.json"
Creating configs is not easy, because you have to find samples and parts and test events. There is no documentation whats possible in the config.
Maybe you find here https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/behringer-x-touch-mini-works-flawless/193140 some samples and hints
nothing of the forum works, my peripherals disappear. Also because the app from this repo needs the simulator to run .... in the forum you have to run vjoy and freepie it first. There has to be another way
in the zip files is missing the files for layerA and layerB, dowloaded and dumped .. mini works https://github.com/maartentamboer/X-Touch-Mini-FS2020/tree/main/X-Touch-Editor-Configs
No, vjoy and freepie is not needed for this tool
This app needs the simulator, because its aircraft specific.
Maybe it would be a good idea to give this tool a small GUI, with Start/Stop button or detection of aircraft and flight in MSFS
I have solved it and it works fine. The download is missing the folder with the configurations of layerA and layerB. I downloaded them manually and dumped them with xtouch-editor. Solved, let's say that the configuration is not written. Some key you do not understand what it does. But adjusting the height, heading, barometer and trim with the encoders… it's wonderfu. Saluti :D :D :D
the program starts but warns me that the encoders are not set in relative2. I can't save the mini in relative2. I open the editor to change, but when I launch the program it is not in relative2. x-touch editor 1.21
