Get it to recognize both booking.yaml and maas-api.yaml
Tweak maas-api.yaml for compability: remove servers, fix typo, comment out external link
Add first set of operationIds

@nighthawk will we be able to review this PR soon? The API task force might be able to build on your work, if we can just get the initial recipe merged.
