  1. Language parameterize
  2. Edges and nodes list (applicable for French and English) - needs to be parameterized -
    • If nodes and edges need to be downloaded (french and english by default)
    • can be overridden
      1. S3 bucket load - rename files to itemids rather than eclis.
    • Create separate buckets for ECHR and Cellar (get clarification on ECLI filename or celex filename)
      1. Nodes and edges need to be updated - port code to from ECHR branch to extraction library.
