Issue with retrieving more than 1000 cases using Rechtspraak extractor #9

Encountered an issue with the Rechtspraak extractor where it does not retrieve more than 1000 cases when attempting to extract (meta)data from Rechtspraak. This issue has been consistently reproducible by increasing max_ecli value from 100 to 100.000 and using different start/end dates.
