I played around with the size and framerate soooo much and I ended up liking it this way - but I see what you mean! The viewer would definitely be able to get more of a insight by changing the framerate at least!
I actually didn't try and change the location of the background, but I like the suggestion! I'll definitely be trying that out, thaaaaanks!

Cool that you chose circles in your program and kind of focused on them. I like how you challenge the view of the circle as you write in your description. A circle is not definitively totally round. One thing that really amazed me was that the circles actually create a pointy rectangle. So by having many circles together your program creates rectangles. Really cool.
In my opinion the max size of the circles should have been increased or the movement should be slower so the viewer can really see whats happening. And i would really like to see what would happen if the background is not drawn in function draw() but in the setup instead. I think that would really create something different. Thats the only thing i can say.
