Enforce feature freeze, create v0.1 branch #107

From now on, no new features may be implemented. Fixing existing problems (incl. finishing incomplete features) and trivial (eg. optical) changes are allowed. As we want a v0.2 with more features, it might be sensible to create a v0.1 branch, which won’t get new features, and continue developing new features on master.

I guess this should be discussed tomorrow, to make clear what needs to be done and what doesn't

25961ae7282bb8b7cb1b91c0cc48bb86ff482c48 v0.1 branch created, @ohcibi will contain final release

Only push changes which are really relevant for the final version to v0.1. You can continue with normal development (new features etc.) on master as usual.
