Bridge callbacks are deleted #42

Hi, I really like the new callback feature of your plugin. Before the new release, I've had implemented it on my own. But I've noticed that all callbacks on my Nuki bridge are deleted when the plugin is loaded. Could you add an option to turn this off?

This is done now as flags on bridge and nuki node within the configuration
