Cannot spawn sh #3

How have people solved this? Mike has two copies of git, both under "Program Files" (with space), one in a directory called cmd and one called bin.

Any help appreciated.

Morgan and Jo helped me through this by using the git bash shell instead of following the steps in R to do the uploading.
