Bug 23944 regarding com.livecode.library.iconsvg not appearing in the LCB dictionary.
Panos said it was because it's an LCS lib
In the NavBar it's both USEd and its functions are called, so apparently we should consider doing SOMETHING about adding those libs to the wiki because you don't have to post or dispatch or send or execute script to use them.
