Withdraw fake papers! #22

Can anyone achieve the same accuracy as reported in these papers? I suspect no one can really do that. These numbers are probably made by the authors. They should be withdrawn.

As far as I know, this implementation is based off the papers, not actually identical to the paper itself, so we shouldn't expect identical accuracy rates.
