Multi Sources SplashBuddy evolution #128

This pull request import all changes made accros years to SplashBuddy to support multiple insiders as source of information for installation.

This is a massive shift that allow SplashBuddy to work with Jamf, VPP, Munki, or any log files.

Code maintenance since the fork has been moved to old-master branch
