Icon changes

Either change defaults or add optional settings for these:

• Menu icon as monochrome silhouette instead of colored icon, SF Symbol based icon would likely be best
• Optional custom 24x24 transparent PNG as local file path, web URL or Base64 encoded data
• No emoji icon in context menus as this goes against Apple's guidelines and looks a bit cluttered

In the upcoming version, I have made some design changes to improve the user experience. The tray icon will now be a monochrome design, and I have decided to remove the emojis for a cleaner look. I wanted to add a touch of personality and fun, but ultimately, consistency and professionalism are my priorities.

I think I will close this request with these changes once released.
