This PR adds methods to the the Classic Api for setting the management status of a device.
set_computer_unmanaged_by_id, method sets a devices managed status to "unmanaged" by setting managed to False and removing the management_username and management_password from the computer record.
set_computer_managed_by_id, method sets a devices managed status to "managed" by setting managed to True and setting the management_username and management_password in the computer record. Optional params management_username and management_password can be specified, if not specified the username defaults to "admin" and random password is generated
