Complete refactor and added ability to use of a Profile file in addition of JSON files to configure Nudge #49

ToDo:

Add tests to make easy for future contributors to add their features.
Add linters. pre-commit + black to standardize future contributions.
Add --config modifier for nudge command.
Add --fetch-full-installer support (#37)

Fixed bugs:

postinstall can't unload a previous launched agent
datetime.utcnow() is naive to any sort of timezone
Maybe other bugs are included in my pull request 😄

I'll try to remember to sneak it in next sprint or the one after.

Given that this project is going to be put in archive state, I am closing this PR. I know some people are using your fork, but that will be up to you to continue to support.
