Document how to uninstall Outset #33

Unless I'm missing it in the current documentation available in the Wiki, there is no mention of how to do a clean uninstall of Outset.

This is a reminder to work on documentation for a full/clean uninstall of Outset.

There a section in the FAQ but no reason it couldn't be it's own page or have it included in the app bundle as an uninstall script or something

I added a Sidebar entry for Removing Outset to the wiki to hopefully aid in discovery
