Spacing issues in DG #11

I understand large spaces if there are images directly preceding the content. (A good example would be the content for Overall filter feature in DG)

But in this case, the space is much larger (2/3 of the page), which can definitely fit the next section on design considerations of General Help feature.

Would be better to have "2. Help by command" section start on a new page instead of starting in the middle of General help command section.

We believe that this NotInScope as this does not cause any hindrance to users and is a minor cosmetic issue.

Reason for disagreement: Referencing the image below, I agree with the team that this is indeed a minor cosmetic issue, but I believe it still classifies as a "hindrance" in the sense that it may potentially slow down readers; They may be expecting a new section but are instead met with the second half of the initial section they were reading.
