variants with AC=0, AN=0 #42

Hi gnomad team, thank your for the great work !

quick question; why do I see some variant with AN==0 && AC==0. E;g: first variant 

$ gunzip -c release-170228/vcf/exome/gnomad.exomes.r2.0.1.sites.vcf.gz | grep -v "#" -m1 | cut -f 1,2,8
1   12198   AC=0;AF=.;AN=0;....
