migrate to Zola #1

We are moving away from javascript from javascript frameworks in favour of doing most of our development using the rust language and tools built in that ecosystem.

Let's use zola instead of deno blog.

First issue encountered, blog posts are generated into urls that use kebab case, the current system uses snake case for the urls, so if we port over our posts as is the permalinks will be broken.

This may not really matter that much because we don't have that many posts. And even what we do have do we really care if we continue to publish them?
