Migrate to ReCaptcha v2.0 #96

outdated recaptcha-client replaced with django-nocaptcha-recaptcha that allows to keep things simpler. Just add NoReCaptchaField to the form.
recaptcha_size field added to the model and also recaptcha_theme updated with new values
RECAPTCHA_PUBLIC_KEY and RECAPTCHA_PRIVATE_KEY left for backward compatibility
DB migration included
all locales updated, russian translation updated also
